Made-to-Order Production

All items are printed on-demand. Once you place an order, it enters production at Printful’s facility. Please note that production and shipping timelines are estimates and may vary depending on order volume, holidays, and carrier delays.

Shipping & Tracking

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been fulfilled and dispatched. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing before your tracking updates.

Exchanges & Buyer’s Remorse

Because all items are made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or general buyer’s remorse. Please double-check your order details and sizing before confirming your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery at solweavethreads@gmail.com, including:

• Clear photos of the damaged item

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

We’ll review your claim and work with Printful to send you a replacement at no additional cost.
