About the event
Our journey begins with a guided 30-minute meditation on the Buddhist Invocation of Golden Light, led by Cait Schieneman, founder of Soul Home Sanctuary.
This session is designed to help you release stagnant energy and ground into renewal in the days following the November full moon, when reflection and integration are at their peak.
Next, we’ll move into a 20-minute sound bath journey led by Merryn Spence, founder of Entheogration, inviting deep stillness and restoration as we prepare to open into the next part of our experience.
With hearts grounded and energy aligned, we’ll then continue into a group horseback ride through the scenic trails of Rolling Hills Ranch, offering a mindful connection to the land and these gentle animals.
Throughout the experience, moments will be captured by a professional videographer and photographer, allowing participants to stay fully present while the memories are preserved beautifully.
